Mini Dm Plant

A Mini DM (Demineralization) Plant is a compact system designed to remove minerals and dissolved salts from water to produce highly purified, demineralized water. These plants are ideal for small-scale operations where high-quality water is needed for applications like laboratories, small industries, or residential use.

Key Components:

Pre-Treatment Filters: Remove suspended solids, chlorine, and other impurities.

Ion Exchange Resins: Replace dissolved minerals like calcium, magnesium, and sodium with hydrogen and hydroxide ions to demineralize the water.

Mixed Bed Units: A combination of cation and anion exchange resins used for final purification.

Regeneration System: Restores the ion exchange resins for reuse.

Storage Tank: Holds the demineralized water for use.

Working Principle:

Water is passed through pre-filters to remove larger particles, then through ion exchange resins that remove minerals, leaving purified, demineralized water. The water can be stored in a tank for use.
